Reading with Grandma

On Saturday afternoon, Jeff had to work "two hours" that turned into twenty-one hours. I spent the evening with Henry. He continued to eat well, and he slept well too. Jeff took care of him for the late late-night shift. He put Henry in his car seat next to his work station.

We went for a nice walk this morning. Henry's weight remained steady at 10 lbs 13.5 ozs. Grandpa helped with Henry in the morning. I finished writing the exam that I'm giving tomorrow night in my research methods class. Jeff worked around the house. Grandma came in the afternoon. She read to Henry. He didn't nap much this afternoon but ate very well.

In the evening, we went for our walk. Henry fell asleep toward the end of the walk. He had some milk when we got back to the house. For the most part, he has spent the evening asleep in my arms. Jeff held him for awhile. Then, I suggested to a very groggy Jeff that we try Henry in his crib, which is where he is now. He's been asleep for 2 hours and 20 minutes. I'm signing off, because I can hear him stir.
