Henry and I spent some time in the afternoon together. Then he helped Jeff make potatoes. Not really a whole lot to report. He seems drawn to turning ordinary activities into X-treme sports. Tonight, he was trying to put the pointy end of the umbrella in his mouth. He's also been going after Bitsy's tail A LOT and has scratches to show for it. Sigh.
We ate dinner in the dinner room, which is blocked off to prevent unsupervised used. I left Bitsy in the dining room as I closed the gate and turned out the lights. She can get out on her own, but Henry was very irate that I left her there and got upset. So I had to let him watch me get her out.
