Quiet Day

We had a quiet day on Thursday. That was needed.

I got the kids to school in time for their 9AM snack. Miss R looked very pretty in a dress. We usually have her in pants. I think that she enjoyed being dolled up.

I went out to the movies with Carolyn. Then, I returned home to take care of Baby A. Today's nanny had to leave by 1PM. It was nice to spend some time with Carolyn before she leaves tomorrow.

Baby A was quiet in the afternoon. She ate and snoozed on me. After his work ended, Jeff went looking at cars again. Then, he picked up Henry and Miss R and took them to my parents. I met up with them around 6:30PM. Jeff, my dad, and Carolyn picked up dinner at Chipolte. We decided to eat at my parents rather than brave a restaurant with the kids. Aunt Erin came over for dinner too.

When I arrived, Henry told me to go away. As usual, he was afraid that I was going to take him home...away from the TV...gasp!

Baby A slept the evening away. I woke her up for a bottle before we left. Jeff took the toddlers ahead of me. I took Baby A to Walgreens to get more diapers and Miss R's prescription (an antihistamine that is used as an apetitte stimulant). She's still sound asleep. I'm going to attempt to get some work done.
