Snap!

On Monday afternoon, Henry was pleased to see Grammy. He spent the late afternoon and early evening with her and Poppy. I gather that they watched Sponge Bob.

On Tuesday afternoon, Henry spent some time with Jeff as I was working at school. He and Daddy watched the Masters that Jeff had recorded on the DVR during our trip. They read "Five Little Monkeys Sitting in a Tree" several times. When I came home, Henry had me read it to him a couple more times as well. He likes it when the "crocodile" goes "SNAP!" He pointed out my "necklace" and said a bunch of other words that I can't remember right now.

We gave him a bath. He continues to do well with his potty training. We still aren't pushing it, but he does go when asked. After his bath, he gave Daddy a huge hug. He repeatedly said quietly "Save me Daddy! Save me Daddy!" which kind of made me feel a bit down in the dumps. I wasn't even trying to kiss him at the time. We eventually settled down on the couch for TV and "Robin Hood" as he had his last bottle of the night. Henry fell asleep on my lap while Jeff went to the office to work on our taxes, which we always do at the last minute.

Today, Grandpa Joe arrives. We are picking him up at the airport, having dinner, and then taking him to Green Valley where he'll be spending time with his siblings until Sunday. Then, we'll get some time with him Sunday through Wednesday.
