Henry had an OK day. When Jeff went back to our room, Henry was still in his crib. He "appears" to take good naps when the nanny is here, but I've wondered whether it is his getaway from Karina's tantrums. Alicia usually puts Henry down for the nap and then plays with Karina in the living room b/c Karina supposedly won't sleep. When Jeff walked into the our room, Henry was in his crib. He was awake but turned on his crib music as though he was biding his time. On the weekends with us, he rarely takes that long of a nap. So is he just bored but doesn't want to engage with the others during the week? I'm also a concerned b/c he breaks down in tears when they arrive in the mornings. This is far different from when I would go to daycare and liked seeing "Miss Rosemary." I suspect that we have some reevaluation to do. I don't think the problem is Henry being around other kids. I think that the problem might be that Karina tends to get most of the attention and the imbalance isn't fair.
Alicia leaves at 2PM on Fridays. Henry and Jeff played for an hour after she left. Grammy picked up Henry at 3PM. Jeff cleaned his office, which will become the bedroom of a future foster child. I was at work. Jeff ran some errands before picking up Henry at 7:30PM. I picked up dinner.
Henry had eaten a lot at Grammy and Poppy's house. But he was intrigued by my Thai Coconut Curry soup. He had several bites. Very refined palate for an almost two year old.

Henry ran around the living room. He had a bath. He had fun "drumming" in the bathtub. We watched part of "The Jungle Book" before heading off to bed. I was exhausted. Henry was a floppy fish about going to bed. But Jeff settled him down.
They are still asleep right now. Hoping Jeff will get to sleep in a little. We'll probably go to Joel's for breakfast.
